nEXT T-Station

Our T-Station 300 expands upon the well-liked T-Station 85 platform by substituting the nEXT85H turbomolecular pump with the nEXT300 pump. This solution serves users and applications that need a greater pumping speed of up to 300 ls-1.

Ready-to-use push-button vacuum stations: Our T-Stations are made to be used right out of the box and don’t require complicated setup or systemization.
User-serviceable: The E2M1.5 backing pump, mXDS3 dry scroll pump, XDD1 dry diaphragm pump, and nEXT85 and nEXT300 turbomolecular pumps are all user-serviceable.
Backing pump: mXDS3s oil-free dry scroll pump, capable of 3 m3/h of pumping speed and 0.1 mbar of maximum vacuum. The XDD1 dry diaphragm backing pump (1.2 m3/h) and the E2M1.5 oil sealed backing pump (1.6 m3/h) are also available. The nEXT 85 turbomolecular pump can pump at a speed of 85 l/s.
