Our T-Station 85 is a low-cost, small-scale turbomolecular pumping station that effortlessly integrates an oil-sealed or dry diaphragm backing pump, an EXT85H turbomolecular pump, and a straightforward controller to provide 47 to 84 ls-1 of pumping speed.

With the most recent mXDS3s scroll pumps, which offer the highest efficiency and best performance of the turbomolecular pump, you can also count on compact, powerful, and dependable performance, wherever you need it.
Ready-to-use push-button vacuum stations: Our T-Stations are made to be used right out of the box and don’t require complicated setup or systemization.
User-serviceable: The E2M1.5 backing pump, mXDS3 dry scroll pump, XDD1 dry diaphragm pump, and nEXT85 and nEXT300 turbomolecular pumps are all user-serviceable.
Backing pump: mXDS3s oil-free dry scroll pump, capable of 3 m3/h of pumping speed and 0.1 mbar of maximum vacuum. The XDD1 dry diaphragm backing pump (1.2 m3/h) and the E2M1.5 oil sealed backing pump (1.6 m3/h) are also available. The nEXT 85 turbomolecular pump can pump at a speed of 85 l/s.
