Broad Range Vacuum Gauging

When measuring pressure over a large range and requiring exceptional accuracy throughout, broad range vacuum gauges are the ideal option. To guarantee the precision and control of your system, you need trustworthy vacuum gauges. The AIM Series Cold Cathode Gauge, the WRG Series Cold Cathode Combination Gauge, and the APG Series Pirani Gauge are some of our vacuum gauging options.

WRG Series

With a linear output, the Wide Range Gauge (WRG) family of instruments allows for single port pressure monitoring in the atmosphere up to 10-9 mbar.

It is a small solution that reduces the hardware requirements for connectivity and space, both of which are significant in a variety of applications. A unique striker, push-button calibration and set point controls, and extensive diagnostics are just a few of the many innovative features of the WRG. When utilized in conjunction with an Edwards controller or integrated straight into the vacuum system controls, the WRG is an affordable alternative for vacuum management.

This gauge is especially useful for keeping an eye on systems that are quickly purged from atmospheric pressure to extremely high vacuum levels.

Edwards suggests for applications requiring prolonged pressure monitoring in the 10-2 to 10-4 mbar range
