The quadrupole mass spectrometers Edwards RGAs have a high performance analyzer tube that houses the detector, quadrupole filter, and ion source.
We provide two options so you can select the one that best suits your needs.
PRA: For all “basic” applications and procedures, our Primary Residual Gas Analyser is the ideal tool for conducting efficient and timely analyses.
Our Wide Range Residual Gas Analyzer, or WRA, can handle more complex and demanding processes and analyses, enabling bake-out temperatures of up to 300°C and higher analyzer temperatures. The WRA provides improved sensitivity to identify even the smallest traces of molecules in order to meet sophisticated needs.
PRA is the ideal place to start for “basic” procedures and applications.
WRA – 1-200 or 1-300 amu, for analysis and processes that are more demanding
Measurement of total pressure for complete process control
Dual filament for optimal uptime and dependability Degas function for the Ethernet protocol
Protecting the ion source and EM
