PFC Water Vapour Cryochiller

Designed to address challenges

Water vapour, which makes up 65–95% of the gas load in high vacuum systems, is efficiently captured by the Edwards Polycold® PFC Water Vapour Cryochiller.

It defrosts in less than four minutes, pumps vapour in minutes after starting, and reduces the partial pressure of water vapor throughout processing for better adhesion, greater quality, and more consistent deposition.

The PFC Cryochiller can boost product throughput by 20% to 100% and decrease pumpdown times by 25% to 75% when added to your vacuum system. Furthermore, the PFC Cryochiller has a better cost/performance ratio than Meissners that use liquid nitrogen cooling; it may usually yield a return on investment in as little as a year.
