High-speed pumping of water vapour guaranteed

For small vacuum systems, the Edwards Polycold® P-102 Cryocoolers offer a convenient and lightweight substitute for liquid nitrogen.

These cryogenerators provide equivalent performance while successfully removing the risk, expense, and inconvenience of employing liquid nitrogen.

The P-102 Cryocooler prevents vacuum pump fluid backstreaming while enabling high-speed water vapor pumping up to 10-8 Torr. This cryogenerator uses a closed loop system with an HCFC-free refrigerant mixture to directly chill chevron baffles or probes to as low as -135°C. Its innovative single compressor refrigeration technique uses auto-refrigerating cycle cooling.
