Turbomolecular pump speeds can be adjusted between 47 and 400 ls-1. and a selection of dry or oil-sealed backup pumps with capacities between 1 and 20 m³h-1.
Each one has an integrated TIC turbo and instrument controller that provides complete package control through an easy-to-use interface. The nEXT turbomolecular pumping stations come with mains connections and mist filters as standard accessories, and they are delivered completely constructed and operational right out of the box. As fully functional high-end stations, they come with Windows® software for control and monitoring in addition to RS232 serial connectivity.

Completely controllable: The TIC turbo and instrument controller provides complete serial remote connections, as well as full control of pumps and up to three active gauges.
Vent valve option: As part of the cart assembly, a turbomolecular pump vent valve is optional.
User-serviceable: Every nEXT turbomolecular pump and its supporting pump can be fully serviced by the user.
Sturdy metal frame: This system is easy to move but nonetheless sturdy thanks to its all-metal frame and locking castors. Included is a bench mounting kit for secure benchtop operation.
