CPG Penning Gauge

There are four models of Penning Gauge Sensors available. The measurement range for all four is 1 x10⁻⁹ to 10⁻² mbar (0.75 x 10 ⁻⁹ to 10⁻² Torr), and they are not affected by vibration or air rushes. According to Penning, these passive sensors make use of cold cathode ionization technology. With titanium cathodes, the cathode plate exhibits enhanced ignition and is interchangeable. You can bake the CPG35KB at 200°C.
