AIGX Series Hot Cathode Gauge

With two yttria-coated iridium filaments, a broad measuring range of 6.6 x 10-2 to 6.6 x 10-10 mbar, and a linear output of 1 Volt per decade, the Active Ion Gauge (AIGX) is a compact active ion gauge. With built-in electronics and a replaceable tube, the AIGX embodies every advantage of the active gauging concept that is industry standard. The gauge comprises measures to safeguard and prolong the life of the filaments, as well as a degas facility. The AIGX is a great option for procedures where background noise is undesired because to its exceptionally low emissions of charged particles.
