The finest option for measuring and managing your process is a precision vacuum gauge. While these gauges are the most accurate, they only function in a limited pressure spectrum, in contrast to broad vacuum gauges. Edwards provides diaphragm gauges with ASG2 and capacitance gauges with the Barocel series.
Barocel Series Capacitance Manometer
The Edwards Barocel 7000 series is the most precise vacuum gauge we have ever offered. There are three primary models in the Barocel 7000 series: 7025m, 7025, and 7045/7100. These come with various flange configurations and a range of full-scales from 1000 to 0.1 mbar/torr (100 to 10 for the 7025m). This makes it possible to measure and control pressure for more than 70 years, and it makes system fitting easier.

7025 – Standard
This gauge, which is made to consistently provide good performance, is the industry standard for a variety of uses. With numerous levels of internal protection, including baffle, coatings, and shielding included as standard along with exceptional zero stability and any orientation mounting, it offers great accuracy and is made to be fitted and forgotten.
