Precision Vacuum Gauging

The finest option for measuring and managing your process is a precision vacuum gauge. While these gauges are the most accurate, they only function in a limited pressure spectrum, in contrast to broad vacuum gauges. Edwards provides diaphragm gauges with ASG2 and capacitance gauges with the Barocel series.

ASG2 Rough Pressure Gauge

A robust, corrosion-resistant diaphragm gauge that offers precise, gas-independent measurement from 2000 mbar to 1 mbar or 1000 mbar to 1 mbar is the Edwards Active Strain Gauge (ASG2). Its stand-alone transducer functionality enables OEMs and system builders to create adaptable, affordable solutions for their vacuum instrumentation requirements. An entire vacuum instrument solution can be achieved by connecting it to the TIC Instrument Controller, where it can be integrated with numerous other types of sensors.
