APGX-H Series

The measuring range of the Active Linear Convection Vacuum Gauge is broad, ranging from 1333 to 3 x 10-4 mbar. Comparing convection technology to traditional Pirani gauges, which lose accuracy over 100 mbar, ensures that accuracy and sensitivity are maintained to the upper limits of the pressure range. When there is limited room, installation is made easier by the gauge’s small design and ability to be installed in any orientation.
