Dry Scroll Pumps

In order to maintain a clean vacuum and prevent process gas contamination of the lubricant, bearing shields separate the lubricant from the bearings, hence extending their lifespan.
A smart motor drive has the ability to start and stop remotely, protect against pump overload, and provide consistent performance everywhere.

The high flow gas ballast feature enables up to 240 gh-1 of vapors, including water vapor, to be pumped.
Easy single-sided scroll design that enables maximum uptime and minimal cost of ownership maintenance in a matter of minutes.
Go one step further: the enhanced versions have up to 25% more pumping speed at these roughing conditions and up to 20% lower peak power consumption during initial pump down, allowing them to pump down huge volume chambers without losing performance.
